1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Palm & Plush website (palmandplush.in) and the purchase of products sold by Palm & Plush ("we", "us", "our"), operated by its founding entity registered in Haryana, India. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • All information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Products

Palm & Plush offers two categories of products: (a) handmade heritage textiles produced by village artisans in Kannauj, UP, and (b) quality-curated home furnishing products. All products are subject to availability.

Product images are representative. Because our heritage collection is handmade, natural variations in colour, weave, and texture are expected and celebrated — they are not defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment credentials on our servers. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods listed at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any amounts paid.

5. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

An order confirmation email constitutes acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch without liability, with a full refund if payment has been made.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative. Delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or public holidays are outside our control and do not entitle the customer to compensation beyond the purchased product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Palm & Plush name, logo, design names (Sarus Dawn, Kingfisher Blue, Painted Stork), product photographs, and written descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of Palm & Plush and is protected under applicable Indian IP laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website to:

  • Place fraudulent or speculative orders.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Engage in resale of our products without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm & Plush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Our maximum liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of that order.

We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper care, or use contrary to product instructions.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to These Terms
